Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope that you will love everything you buy from When Ordinary Won’t Do! Unfortunately, we know that some of our items will not suit and need to be returned for credit or exchange. All claims for returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be unworn, in the original packaging. Your package should be mailed by USPS to When Ordinary Won’t Do, P.O. Box 877, Kilmarnock, VA  22482. Please include a copy of your receipt for proper credit. We recommend insuring your return shipment. A credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax.

When Ordinary Won’t Do reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
